ACC Customer Contact Centre Consultation.

Aberdeen City Council is looking for feedback on their Customer Contact Centre.

From the Council:

Aberdeen City Council is looking at the way we deliver services through our Customer Contact Centre. Currently you can contact us by telephone, in person or by using some online services. We want to know how you get in touch with other organisations, which ways of receiving services you prefer, and what your experiences have been. This will help us to shape our strategy for customer contact in future and make sure that our services are accessible, simple and delivered in a way that’s right for you.


This consultation should only take five minutes to complete. We really value your views, so please take the time to let us know what you think! Remember to pass this on to friends, family, mailing lists and others who live or work in Aberdeen City and access our services.
